RASHAD HASAN

Rashad started boxing in 2000. In 2001, he began training at 3rd Street under Paul Wade. In 2002, he became the 139-pound novice Junior Welter Weight Diamond Belt and Golden Gloves Champion. He then started teaching boxing in 2002. He finds that there is nothing more liberating than feeling the natural high of being in fighting shape.
